Year 1 Crafty Christmas

Our Year 1 children had a fantastic time at our Christmas Craft Event, which filled the school hall with creativity, excitement and lots of festive cheer! We were absolutely delighted with the turnout, it was our best yet and it was lovely to welcome so many adults in to join the children and share in the fun.

The children took part in six different Christmas craft activities, all of which were hugely enjoyed. From building their own Christmas characters to making paper chain snowmen, snowman plates, paper plate wreaths, Christmas trees decorated with pompoms and glittery stars and lolly stick reindeer, there was something for everyone!

Each activity was just as popular as the next, with children proudly moving between crafts and enjoying trying them all. The hall was buzzing all day with chatter and laughter, as children and adults worked together and got creative. It was a lovely opportunity to spend time together, slow things down a little and really enjoy the build-up to Christmas.

A big thank you to all the adults who joined us and helped make the day so special. The children had an amazing time and it was the perfect way to get us all feeling festive!
