The Queen's Platinum Jubilee

It has been a very special week at Hamstel Infant School and Nursery, we have been celebrating The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee! This is a once in a life time occasion for our children and wow have we had fun!

Each class had a delicious Victoria sponge to decorate and we have created a beautiful Jubilee garden to mark the occasion and as a lasting legacy of this special day.

All children have had a great time learning a traditional Country Dance and it was amazing to see the whole school get together to perform it. We had a special Jubilee picnic and enjoyed a day of Jubilee activities.
