Team Hamstel Football

The final event of the half term was for the Boys Football Team, who were invited to a friendly football tournament at the Len Forge Centre in Eastwood by our friends at West Leigh Infant School.

Team Hamstel joined tow teams from West Leigh and two teams from Our Lady of Lourdes to play four matches. It was great preparations for the football finals on the 31st March. The team played well together and improved game on game blowing away the cobwebs and rustiness from not having played together for a while.

All the teams supported each other really well and the games were played in a competitive by sporting way. Thank you to West Leigh for organising the event and all the team finished with a medal, some excellent practise and a big smile on their faces.

Well done: Oliver, Ted, Harry, Logan, Noah, Charlie, Ralphie, Zakk and Daniel.

Mrs Walker and mr Sayer are very proud of all the children who have represented Team Hamstel and are looking forward to the Summer where there will be lots more events and opportunities for the children to represent our School.
