Aliens in Reception

This week Reception have been learning about Aliens. We have been reading the book Aliens Love Underpants. In outdoor learning we all enjoyed looking for ‘pants’ that Mr Darke had hidden around the school grounds. After that, we had lots of fun running a threelegged pants race! It was so funny!

In class we have been designing our own pair of pants. We have come up with some very creative designs! We have written alien speech bubbles and loved pretending to be aliens in space in the role play areas. We have enjoyed creating different aliens and space rockets. We have used the magnetic shapes, drawn pictures, painted pictures and used the construction pieces to build rockets andcreate aliens.
