In the Starlight Room and Silver Hut we support children with speech and language needs. There may be children who have a care plan provided by the Speech and Language Therapy Service, or some children may have been identified by class teachers as needing some extra help through an intervention. Both Mrs Adkins and Mrs Walker are experienced and well-trained members of staff in this area.
 

They work closely with the Speech and Language Therapy Service and other agencies to communicate the progress of individual children on a regular basis. The Starlight Room provides a facility to support children with expressive and receptive language difficulties, whilst the Silver Hut provides an area to support with issues of articulation.
